So one of my best friends, Kate Reid, is here in Pittsfield visiting before I head out of town.  We are filled with joy and laughter as we talk about life.  It is good to connect with soul mates before adventures like a sabbatical.  She knows me so well and together we wonder what will happen to me during this time.
